Support for International Students

Academic advisor

International undergraduate students and international exchange students are each assigned an academic advisor.
International undergraduate students meet with their academic advisor at the beginning of April and October to discuss and decide what classes they will take for the semester.
The academic advisor is always available to provide advice about classes or academic matters in general.

Student supporters

International undergraduate students and international exchange students are also supported by a group of student supporters, who will provide academic support in classes and also provide help with day-to-day university life in consultation with the academic advisor and class instructors and professors.

Office of International Exchange

The Office of International Exchange responds to all inquiries relating to international students, including status of residence, official procedures such as resident registration, and scholarship-related matters. Any international student with questions or problems concerning academic matters or daily life can get advice from the Office of International Exchange as well as from his or her academic advisor.
