国際開発、経済発展、金融と経済成長、環境政策、東アジア、中国
主な内容
経済のグローバル化は投資や貿易のメカニズムを通して、途上国に経済成長や所得向上の恩恵をもたらしてくれた一方で、深まる国間の相互依存関係が金融危機の伝播やグローバルサプライチェーンの寸断といった形でマイナス影響も助長している。現在の研究では、レジリエンスをキーワードにして、どのような社会経済構造もしくは政策がこうした外生的なショックの潜在的リスクを減少し、迅速な景気回復を導くことができるかを探求している。
