It is with great regret that we announce the immediate postponement of the “2020 Northeast Asia International Conference for Economic Development and Japan-Russia Energy and Environment Dialogue in Niigata”, which are scheduled to be held on February 5-6, 2020 (organized by the NICE Executive Committee in conjunction with Niigata Prefecture, City of Niigata, and ERINA). Our decision comes after careful consideration of the impact of the new coronavirus, the spread of infection, and current limitations in predicting its future trends.
