We are pleased to announce the publication of ERINA REPORT No. 8, now accessible on our official website.
This issue compiles presentations from the seminar “Regional Economies in a Shifting World Order: Northeast Asia Amid Global Uncertainty,” which examined how major geopolitical and economic shifts are reshaping the region. Topics include U.S.–North Korea relations, the impact of the U.S.–China trade war on Mongolia, Russia’s economic resilience under sanctions, China’s “New Quality Productive Forces,” and structural challenges in Japan’s agriculture sector, with a focus on Niigata Prefecture. The report also features research papers on progress toward the SDGs and an analysis of Japan’s soft power policy in Northeast Asia.
